Safety first. If severe weather is forecast, we'll reach out to reschedule or issue a rain check — your deposit is protected.
A $25 deposit reserves your date and equipment. The rest is due at delivery and setup — or you can choose to pay in full online at checkout. Weekends fill fast, so book early!
Cancel 72 hours or more before your delivery date and you get a 100% refund of everything paid. Inside 72 hours there's no monetary refund, but the amount paid becomes a rain check good for 90 days, subject to availability.
$10 within 15 miles of us in McAllen. After that it's a flat fee by distance: 16–25 mi $20, 26–35 mi $30, 36–45 mi $40, 46–55 mi $50, 56–65 mi $65. Over 65 miles, give us a call. Delivery can be paid with your final balance at delivery.
Most bounce houses fit in a 20x20 ft flat area with clearance overhead. A standard outlet within 100 ft is all we need — we bring the blower.
Yes — every unit is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and safety-inspected between rentals. We're proud of how spotless we keep them.
